What is Bambino?
Bambino is Singapore's first baby clothing rental subscription. Think of us as a revolving wardrobe that sends you a set of new baby clothes every month.
How much does the subscription cost?
For now, the subscription is priced at $25 per month.
What is included in the subscription box?
Each Bambino box contains 10 pieces of high-quality essential baby clothes that fit.
How does the subscription work?
You subscribe to our monthly plan and every month we will bring you a new set of baby clothes in exchange for the previous set.
What are the benefits of renting baby clothes?
We do this mainly because it is the right thing to do for our Mother Earth. This way, it is more environmentally-friendly and the most sustainable way to dress your baby.
It is also more convenient compared to the constant worry of buying and disposing clothes for your baby (we know how fast they outgrow their clothes).
You can stop having headaches about clutters or storage space.
And your baby can look stylish without breaking the bank.
How long do I keep the baby clothes for?
You can keep the clothes for one (1) month until we send you a new box of baby clothes.
Are the clothes kind to a baby’s sensitive skin?
Yes. We select clothing that uses 100% high grade cotton that allows your baby to stay comfortable in the hot and humid Singapore climate. Each piece of Bambino clothes is also carefully washed with baby-friendly, mild and gentle washing liquid without all the harmful additives to ensure the best care for your baby.
How do I return the clothes?
You don’t have to go through the hassle to return the clothes. We will collect the clothes from you when we send you the new monthly box.
What if my baby outgrows the clothes?
You just need to inform us and we will send you a set of new baby clothes with new sizes within three (3) to five (5) days… at no extra charges.
Are the clothes clean?
Of course. As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of hygiene and cleanliness. In fact, our little boy is Bambino’s biggest fan.
What happens if the clothes are stained or damaged?
Don’t worry about it. We understand that babies can be messy sometimes and we want to let you know, it’s okay. You are fully covered for any stains or wear-and-tear.
What if I dislike the service and decide to unsubscribe?
As parents ourselves, we understand that circumstance changes sometimes. So we got your back! Simply send us an email to let us know and we'll fully refund the month's subscription fee. We'll arrange for the Bambino box collection at no-cost.
